LACO introduced Los Angeles to new music director Jaime Martín with a series of meet and greets at multiple venues: Zipper Hall in downtown, Bergamot Station Art Center in Santa Monica and The Huntington in Pasadena.
The #sayhitojaime events provided a unique opportunity for community members to ask questions and learn more about the incoming Music Director’s vision and personal story.
The Zipper Hall event kicked off with introductions from LACO cellist Giovanna Clayton and LACO Executive Director Scott Harrison. This was followed by a Q + A with KUSC’s Gail Eichenthal.
