A feast of pièces des résistances is found in this program lauding contributions to chamber music by women composers, thoughtfully curated by Director of Chamber Music Margaret Batjer. Discover the hidden treasure of Farrenc’s masterful Nonet and an innovative trio by Ngwenyama. Celebrate Clara Schumann‘s 200th birthday with her response to her spouse’s Three Romances and a LACO commissioned piece by Gibson that takes inspiration from it.
